We’re official!  The CWA Perth Belles launched at Tiger Lils last night in a blur of wine, sushi and spring rolls.  We were joined by CWA State President, the lovely Pam Batten, along with Pat Twiss (State International  Officer) and Judy Scott (State Extension Officer) and heard tales of the first WA branch (launched in 1924), inspiring community work, World Conferences adventures (I don’t think Finland will never be the same) and secrets of making microwave jam.

UNIFEM (United Nations Development Fund for Women) is looking for young women from across Australia and the Pacific to participate in a forum that will develop their skills and confidence to become architects of change.
